PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical method capable of unitarily managing the preparation history of a transaction document and the transmission/reception history by means of an EDI system. SOLUTION: In the means for cooperating a document managing means and an EDI means, when a transaction document and its version are selected and attached to EDI to transmit the EDI data, the transmission information of the EDI data is registered in version management information of the corresponding transaction document.
