The invention relates to a car's cabin partition which, being placed at the front seats of a vehicle, may be in position to incline as to the driver's desire. Said partition has at its end a folding extension 11 connected to the ceiling of the car via the connection 12 and a belt-securing base 6 wherefrom the belt 5 stabilizing the partition is passing through; other components are: the curved shield 1 of the partition, the joint 2 fixing the partition on the head rest of the seat, the securitybase of the lock 4, the safety cushion 3 protecting the rear-seated passengers of the vehicle, the added stabilizing metal 8, the reinforcement of the shield 8 and the communication system (window) between passengers and driver/co-driver.
