<p>The invention relates to a multi-purpose tool for fighting forest fires, of the type comprising a single multi-purpose cutting blade. The invention is essentially characterised in that five different tools for fighting forest fires (a hoe, an axe, a McLeod, a Pulaski and a rake) are integrated into a single cutting blade with multiple faces and in that an ordinary system (knuckle, hinge, adaptor) forms the connection point between the multi-tool cutting blade and the fire swatter and the shaft. Moreover, a novel fire swatting tool can be anchored to the handle by means of a hinge system, using the hinge system to place the multi-tool cutting blade in a position perpendicular to the normal position. In addition, a multi-tool cutting blade and a fire swatter can be combined in a single mult-purpose forest fire-fighting tool and the multi-tool cutting blade can also offer a novel function (axe) by using the hinge system to place the multi-tool cutting blade in a position perpendicular to the normal position.</p> |
