COATING FLUID COMPOSITION TO FORM CHARGE GENERATION LAYER OF ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY PHOTO CONDUCTOR

A coating composition for a charge generating layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided to improve stability and electrical properties. A coating composition for a charge generating layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises tetrahydrofuran(THF) as a solvent, a polyvinyl butyral resin as a binder resin, and a phthalocyanine pigment as a charge generating material, and further comprises oxalic acid dihydrate. In the coating composition, oxalic acid dihydrate is used in an amount of 0.005-0.1 wt% based on the weight of THF. The charge generating material includes oxotitanyl phthalocyanine.
