<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method capable of achieving highly accurately a remote proofing in a package printing in a form to print a color image on a white ground by an inexpensive inkjet system and to provide a printed material obtained by this method. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording method is to provide a white solid coating layer W on a non-white patterned layer after the non-white patterned layer is provided on the surface of a transparent film base material S under the condition that the resolution of the non-white patterned layer P is made higher than that of the white solid coating layer W.
