<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for forming an electromagnetic induction type heating element where gases such as steam and the like can be stably superheated by generated heat of 500°C or higher and where the electromagnetic induction type heating element excellent in corrosion resistance can be easily formed, an electromagnetic induction type breathable heating element using the material and a system for generating high temperature superheated steam by which superheated steam can be stably produced. <P>SOLUTION: The system 1 for generating high temperature superheated steam includes an oxide whose formula is denoted as La<SB>1-x</SB>A<SB>x</SB>BO<SB>3-y</SB>(wherein, A is at least one kind selected from among Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba; B is at least one kind selected from among Cr, Co and Mn; 0<x≤0.5; 0≤y≤0.1) and is equipped with the heating element 11 having a structure capable of breathing to an up and down direction, an almost cylindrical housing body 12 to house the heating element 11, a steam supply unit communicated to one opening 19a at the housing body 12 and an exciting coil 14 arranged so as to surround the heating element 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
