<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality of good boiling in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The heating/immersing apparatus includes a vertical container 5 capable of storing beans with a sugar liquid, a heating part 7 for heating the container 5, an up-and-down open cylinder 9 arranged vertically at the inside center at the container 5 and an air blowing port 11 connected to an air supplying part 41 arranged on the lower side of the cylinder 9.
