<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction estimate processing system for preparing a reasonable and highly reliable construction estimate, and for enabling a customer to request construction with easiness. <P>SOLUTION: This construction estimate processing system is provided with: a construction estimate processing program 5; an estimate cost price element information database 7a for calculating the construction cost price of a building; and a construction undertaker information database 7b, wherein the construction estimate processing program 5 is provided with functions for performing: the preparation processing of building specifications in a set building performance evaluation rank; processing for changing the setting of the building performance evaluation rank in response to a request; estimate preparation processing for preparing a construction estimate by referring to the estimate cost price element information database 7a; and construction undertaker selection processing for selecting a construction undertaker who performs a construction operation based on the prepared construction estimate by referring to the construction trader information database 7b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
