<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cell transfection using one protein forming nucleoprotein filaments (NPF). <P>SOLUTION: At first, the protein is modified with at least one functional constituents which influences a step of the transfection, and the nucleic acid to be transfected is then loaded with the modified protein. The nucleic acid and the protein form a filamentary complex, and the complex is added to the cells.
