<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component device having a terminal connecting structure connecting a connecting terminal for a flexible printed circuit board by working the elastic force of the flexible printed circuit board in the contact direction and generating no displacement in the connection. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component device has a mounting base material 10 fitting a quartz oscillator 13 detecting a physical quantity and an electronic-component element, a vibration absorbing member 16 absorbing vibrations to the mounting base material 10, a base 20 loading these mounting base material 10 and vibration absorbing member 16 and the flexible printed circuit board 30 connecting the mounting base material 10 and each terminal section for the base 20. The flexible printed circuit board 30 has a band-shaped section 31 capable of being elastically bent and deformed. In the flexible printed circuit board 30, the connecting terminals 32 and 33 are faced and brought into contact with the mounting base material 10 and the terminal sections 19 and 23 for the base 20 under the state elastically bending the band-shaped section 31, and the elastic force generated by the bending of the band-shaped section 31 works to the connecting terminals 32 and 33 in the direction pushing the terminal sections 19 and 23 to be connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
