<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer allowing easy print setting and having improved convenience in use. <P>SOLUTION: The printer driver is provided with a means for registering a plurality of print function setting values such as a paper size, a printing orientation, layout setting, double-face printing, color printing, and monochrome printing frequently used by an operator, a means for displaying the registered print function setting values on a print setting screen to allow the operator to make selection among them, and a transmission control means for transmitting print data and a print output instruction to the printer based on print function setting values selected by the operator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
