<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that is not only for recording information for general users as a two-dimension code, but also for recording the information that maintains high confidentiality, on a single piece of sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet 10 to be scanned is formed, in such a manner that an invisible mark indicating first information and a visualized mark indicating second information that cannot be understood to a normal person are drawn thereon. By forming the sheet 10 to be scanned in this manner, access to different sites for the case when the same one sheet 10 is scanned by a terminal for helpers and for the case when the sheet is scanned by a terminal 40 for citizens are accessed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
