<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a connector for a base plate capable of obtaining impedance matching in a wide range of high-frequency areas, with a presser mechanism on a circuit board done away with, and with contact pressure with a base plate signal channel aligned in spite of distortions, if any, in the base plate. <P>SOLUTION: Both sides of a set of two pairs of connector terminals are to be grounding terminals 3, 4, at tips of which, press-fit deformed parts 10, 11 are provided to be pressed into through-holes 12, 13 of grounding channels 15, 16 of the circuit board 14 into a fixed state. A holding member 7 is bridged between the grounding terminals 3, 4, and is made to hold rubber-like elastic bodies 5, 6 with conductive surfaces for obtaining electric conduction between signal channels 1a, 2a and signal terminals 1, 2, so that the elastic bodies 5, 6 be of a height elastically pressure-welded to the signal channels 1a, 2a when the press-fit deformed parts 10, 11 are inserted into the through-holes 12, 13, and the signal terminals 1, 2 be retained by the housing so as to be elastically pressure-welded to the elastic bodies 5, 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
