PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded conductor for a vehicle with manufacturing cost of dies reduced. SOLUTION: As to a die for manufacturing a standard-length sheath member unit 18, once it is designed and made up, it can be used for different types of cars, so that efficiency of use of the die can be improved. With this, manufacturing cost per piece of die for the standard-length sheath member unit 18 can be reduced. Further, by forming divided sheath members 15 by coupling a plurality of numbers of each sheath member unit 18, 19, 20, a die for press-molding each sheath member unit 18, 19, 20 can be downsized, so that manufacturing cost of the die can be curtailed.
