PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily reconfirming incomplete check or omissions in an inspection sheet for an automobile. SOLUTION: From among a plurality of areas, independent check areas on a surface of an inspection sheet, such as an area 1 to be used for writing a chassis number, an area 2 to be used for checking whether the chassis number is correct, an area 4 to be checked by an inspector who has implemented inspections described in inspection items, and an area 5 to be used for writing the inspection items, are scanned by a scanner (image processor), and the necessity of reinspection is determined on the basis of whether the independent check areas are filled out or not. As for combinational check areas such as an area 6 to be used for writing the items and contents to be adjusted according to each inspection item, an area 7 to be used for checking the adjusted items and contents, an area 8 to be stamped by a corrector, an area 9 to be stamped by a reinspector and a decision area 10, from among the plurality of areas, the necessity of the reinspection is determined in consideration of the relation as to whether the combinational check area is filled out or not and whether the other combinational check areas are filled out or not.
