PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive network monitoring system that is improved in fault tolerance. SOLUTION: A plurality of clustered server systems A1 to C1 having an active server and a standby server are installed in different remote sites. When any server system fails, redundancy is switched with different IP addresses so that either standby server of the other server systems operates in stead of the faulty server system.
