摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, in an electric inertia control device in a power measuring system, since a characteristic of a spring such as an accelerator shaft of an actual car cannot be simulated, a vibration waveform in the transient state of a shaft torque is greatly different. SOLUTION: A dynamometer control part includes a spring element operation means, and an electric inertia value determined by allowing the spring element operation means to have a spring characteristic value determined from the sum of electric spring rigidity setting and electric spring loss setting is calculated, and a torque command value is determined by adding the inertia value and a shaft torque signal together. Simulation of a multi-inertia system becomes possible by providing a plurality of stages of electric inertia elements for operating an inertia value corresponding to a deviation signal between the spring characteristic value calculated by the spring element operation means and a traveling resistance set value.
