PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device provided with a slit nozzle capable of easily and accurately performing disassembling and assembling as being attached to a coating device. SOLUTION: For bringing a side plate 10 into close contact with the end surface of a half body 8, a base 13 is fixed to the half body 8 with bolts 16. After the base 13 is fixed to the half body 8, the tip end of an arm 18 is retained to a hook 19, and a lever 17 is pushed down so that the lever 17 is pressed to the side of the half body 8. Then, the arm 18 is moved to the left side in Fig. 5 and the side plate 10 is pressed to the end surface of the half body 8 to be closely attached to it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
