PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner cotton type plural-liquid applicator capable of filling inner cottons stored in a shaft with a plurality of liquids without mixing them, and, when in use, mixing the plurality of liquids and applying them to an object. SOLUTION: The plurality of inner cottons 34A and 34B stored in a storage chamber 12b of the shaft 12 has a liquid insulation structure such as a sheath 36 for preventing the mutual circulation of the content liquids, the respective inner cottons 34A and 34B are filled with the content liquids, and liquid guide cores 16 come in contact therewith. This inner cotton type plural-liquid applicator thus guides the content liquids from the respective inner cottons 34A and 34B to application parts 10 via the liquid guide cores 16.
