PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drying performance by preventing cold outside air from flowing into a housing, even if the housing has a clearance, and from cooling a drying chamber. SOLUTION: A communication port 22 for communicating the clearance 21 between the inner face of the housing 1 and the outer face of the drying chamber 3 with the inside of an exhaust passage 16 is provided at a position in an exhaust passage 16 where air (exhaust) sent from a fan 19 reaches. When the fan 19 is actuated, part of the exhaust emitted from the inside of the drying chamber 3 flows into the clearance 21 through the communication port 22 to make an air pressure of the clearance 21 a little higher than the air pressure outside the machine. Even if the housing 1 has the clearance 1, the differential pressure can prevent the outside air from flowing into the housing 1 via the clearance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
