PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper structure capable of restraining generation of hammering sound and vibration while performing a stopper function in correspondence with relative displacement of a first member and a second member and a vibrationproofing structure for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The stopper structure 10 is furnished with a first stopper surface 36 and a second stopper surface 38 provided between a vehicle body 16 and a rear suspension member 12 connected to each other free to relatively displace. The second stopper surface 38 makes contact with the vehicle body 16 and actuates the stopper function in a prescribed period of time after the first stopper surface 36 actuates the stopper function by making contact with the vehicle body 16 when the rear suspension member 12 relatively displaces to the vehicle body 16.
