The oil in water emulsion comprises a self tanning active substance, 0.1-10 wt.% of wax component with a fusion point by 30[deg] C, 1-30 wt.% of liquid oil component at 25[deg] C and 40-95 wt.% water. The oil component also contains polar oil component and non-polar oil component in the weight ratio of 7:1-8:1. ORGANIC CHEMISTRY - Preferred Compounds: The self tanning active substance is selected from mixture of dihydroxyacetone and erythrulose in 2:1-1:1. The wax component is selected from esters of saturated or unsaturated or branched or normal 14C-22C fatty acid of the pentaerythrits, dipentaerythrits or tripentaerythrits. The liquid oil component is selected from fatty acid esters, dialkyl carbonates, dialkylether, silicone oils, natural oils. The polar oils are selected from di-n-octylcarbonate, hexyl laurate, isostearylisononanoate, isostearyl palmitate, isostearyl stearate, isostearyl isostearate, isostearyl palmitate, capric triglyceride, thistle oil, benzoic acid, 12-15C alkylester, hexyldecanol, octyldodecanol and the non-polar oil component are selected from polydimethylsiloxane. POLYMER - Preferred Compounds: The polymer gelling agents is selected from homopolymer or copolymer of acrylic acid, acrylamide, acryloyldimethyltaurate or their salts.
