POWER AMPLIFIER FOR CANCELLING LOW-FREQUENCY INTERMODURATION SIGNAL

A power amplifier for canceling a low-frequency intermodulation signal is provided to connect a resonance capacitor to a tantalum capacitor in parallel without impedance re-matching of an output matching unit. A power amplifier for canceling a low-frequency intermodulation signal includes a transistor(21), an output matching unit(22), and a bias unit(23). The output matching unit matches output impedance of the transistor. The bias unit supplies DC voltage to a drain terminal of the transistor. The power amplifier further includes a tantalum capacitor(27) and a resonance capacitor(28). The tantalum capacitor is connected to the output matching unit to cancel the low-frequency intermodulation signal. The resonance capacitor is connected to the tantalum capacitor in parallel to resonate with a parasitic inductance component of the tantalum capacitor.
