<p>An apparatus for safely mounting an LCD panel for a notebook computer is provided to reduce defect rate caused by abnormal materials in accordance with conventional manual tasks by eliminating a process for gripping the LCD panel with hands. An apparatus for safely mounting an LCD panel for a notebook computer includes a horizontal cradle(10), a vertical support(20), a guide bar(30), a back plate(50), a rotary arm support(60), a rotary arm(70), an inhalation nozzle support plate(80) and a slide unit(100). The horizontal cradle cradles a backlight unit(110). The vertical support meets the horizontal cradle at a right angle and supports the horizontal cradle by being adhered to a back side of the horizontal cradle. The guide bar, adhered to the vertical support, guides a mount position of the LCD panel. The back plate is adhered to the vertical support. The rotary arm support is adhered to a left and a right side of the back plate. The rotary arm rotates about the rotary arm support. The inhalation nozzle support plate is mounted at an end of the rotary arm. The slide unit slides back and forth between the rotary arm and plural inhalation nozzles adhered to the inhalation nozzle support plate and includes an LCD panel safe mounting unit.</p> |
