<p>A dry powder inhaler has a vibrator coupled to a blister filled with a dr y powder drug substance. One or more of drug ejection apertures in the blist er are substantially opposite the vibrator. One or more air intake apertures in the blister are not opposite the vibrator. Upon vibration of the vibrato r, the drug substance is deaggregated, aerosolized, and ejected from the dru g ejection apertures for inhalation by a patient.</p> |
