An anti-slip device for a vehicle is provided to prevent a clamp from loosening by using a locking unit and a torsion spring for prevent loosening of a rotative hook. An anti-slip device for a vehicle comprises a plurality of spikes(10), a banding unit(20), and a clamping unit(50). The spikes has a V shaped insert(11) and a contact portion(13) with stiff protrusions(12). The insert is located between a double wheel. The contact portion extends from both ends of the insert and contacts with the surface of tires of the double wheel. The banding unit interconnects the inserts of the spikes. The clamping unit comprises a strap(30) a clamp(40). The strap has a plurality of holes(33) between a hook(31) and a distal end(32). The strap is inserted in the clamp, which is exposed on the banding unit. The clamp includes a body(41), a guide pin, a rotative hook(43), a joint, a torsion spring, and a locking unit. The body shapes into a ݆U݆. The guide pin guides the distal end of the strap at one end of the body. The rotative hook catches the holes of the strap. The joint located at the other end of the body, having a connection ring(44b) hinged at a rotative connection pin. The torsion spring is installed at the rotative connection pin of the joint and supports the top part of the rotative hook. The locking unit is installed on the rotative hook to prevent the rotative hook from loosening.
