CAP, CLOSURE DEVICE, AND CLOSURE DEVICE CONTAINING BEVERAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap having a superior tamper-evidence, a closure device and a closure device containing beverage.

SOLUTION: There is provided a cap 1 including a cap body 4 having a top plate 2 and a cylindrical part 3, and a liner 5 arranged within this cap body 4. The liner 5 has an inner seal protrusion 12 abutting against the inner surface of a curled part 24 of a container and an outer seal protrusion 13 abutting against the outer surface of the curled part 24. The inner surface 13a of the outer seal protrusion 13 can be abutting against a straight part 27 of the curled part 24 and the lowermost part 13d of the inner surface 13a is positioned at a location below the straight part 27. The lower portion 30 of the inner surface 13a can be against the straight part 27 when the cap 1 is closed.
