<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide IP telephone communication equipment in which disaster type congestion does not occur easily. <P>SOLUTION: A call control server arranged in an IP network contains a communication terminal controlled randomly regardless of an area. An enum server is arranged in the IP network and holds a database associating a telephone number with a server performing the call control of a communication terminal having that telephone number. Upon receiving a communication request, a call control server on the origination terminal side inquires the enum sever using the telephone number of the requested destination and prepares for communication by specifying a call control server for signaling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
