<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for ultrasonic waves which can be relatively easily manufactured and is provided with a desired ultrasonic radiation surface. <P>SOLUTION: The probe for the ultrasonic waves comprises: a plurality of supports arrayed so that the normal of a main surface is turned to mutually different directions when the surface where a plurality of signal lines of the probe for the ultrasonic waves are formed is defined as the main surface; and two or more groups of ultrasonic transducers, for which a plurality of ultrasonic transducers in respective groups are provided with a plurality of electrodes formed on the side face, and the plurality of electrodes are respectively bonded to the plurality of signals formed on the main surfaces of the respective supports. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
