<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a multi-functional machine capable of displaying by utilizing temporarily another language without losing setting of a default language. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-functional machine 20 is equipped with a displaying part 28, a default setting storing part 32 for storing a default language code, a temporary setting storing part 34 for storing a language code acquired from a player 80, a controlling part 46, etc. The controlling part 46 displays a message corresponding to the default language code stored in the default setting storing part 32 on the displaying part 28 under the condition that the player 80 is not connected.
