<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared shielding film which is excellent in near-infrared shielding properties and visible light transmission, has high scratch resistance and weatherability, facilitates application work because a curl of the film is small when the film is applied to curved glass, and is suitable for application to a building and an automobile, particularly, a windowpane of the automobile. <P>SOLUTION: In this near-infrared ray shielding film, one surface of a base material film has a hard coating layer which is formed of a hard coating layer forming material containing an infrared absorbent and an active energy ray-curable compound, and the other surface thereof has an adhesive layer.
