PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance circuit and the like which can achieve high precision adjustment of resistance value or reduction in area of the circuit. SOLUTION: The resistance circuit includes resistance circuit units RU<SB>1</SB>-RU<SB>M</SB>. A resistance circuit unit RU<SB>2j-1</SB>includes a first fuse element HA<SB>2j-1</SB>and a resistor R<SB>2j-1</SB>provided in series between nodes N<SB>2j-1</SB>and N<SB>2j</SB>, and a second fuse element HB<SB>2j-1</SB>provided in parallel with the HA<SB>2j-1</SB>and the R<SB>2j-1</SB>between the nodes N<SB>2j-1</SB>and N<SB>2j</SB>. A resistance circuit unit RU<SB>2j</SB>includes a first fuse element HA<SB>2j</SB>and a resistor R<SB>2j</SB>provided in series between the nodes N<SB>2j</SB>and N<SB>2j+1</SB>, and a second fuse element HB<SB>2j</SB>provided in parallel with the HA<SB>2j</SB>and the R<SB>2j</SB>between the nodes N<SB>2j</SB>and N<SB>2j+1</SB>. The fuse element HA<SB>2j-1</SB>, HB<SB>2j-1</SB>, HA<SB>2j</SB>, and HB<SB>2j</SB>are arranged in a fuse region HR, the resistor R<SB>2j-1</SB>is arranged in a first resistor region RG1 formed on the D1 direction side of the fuse region HR, and the resistor R<SB>2j</SB>is arranged in a second resistor region RG2 formed on the D3 direction side of the fuse region HR.
