PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of generating difference signals with a plurality of phases of equal intervals, for which power supply voltage sensitivity is low, a frequency variable range is wide, and jitter and phase noise performances are excellent. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit 100 comprises: the even number of pieces of 3-stage inverter rings 110 and 120 for which three inverters are cascade-connected in a ring shape and which include three nodes formed by the cascade connection; an inverter group formed of a plurality of inverter pairs 130, 140 and 150 for connecting the corresponding nodes of the plurality of 3-stage inverter rings 110 and 120, connecting the inverter rings with each other and giving a fixed phase relation; and a current source to which the inverters of the inverter rings and the inverter group are connected.
