PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens barrel preventing a projection area and dimensions from increasing in the direction of an optical axis in the lens barrel capable of camera shake correction for moving an image pickup device and the tilt adjustment of the image pickup device, and to obtain a compact imaging apparatus having the lens barrel. SOLUTION: The lens barrel has: an image pickup optical system; the image pickup device; a main barrel holding the image pickup optical system; and an adjustor board that is arranged at the back side of the image pickup device, holds the image pickup device, to adjust the tilt with respect to the main barrel. In the adjustor board, three holes are formed, the amount of screwing in an adjusting screw inserted into the holes is changed, thus adjusting the tilt in the adjustor board and the image pickup device. In this case, the adjusting screw is a shoulder screw, whose head has the maximum diameter with a hexagon socket formed at the head. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
