PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce slack time when resuming the receiving operation using a standby clock, make a receiving standby period to be close to a transmission interval, and improve the reduction effect of electric power consumption by intermittent receiving. SOLUTION: An intermittent receiver has a synchronization circuit which synchronizes the standby clock with the standard clock of its station, and adds a frequency error between standard clocks to the synchronized standby clock, and generates a standby clock synchronized with the standard clock of another station to store it. An intermittent receiving control circuit counts the synchronized standby clock to a specified number to estimate a transmission interval of the other's wireless station, and configures a corresponding receiving standby period.
