PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deviations of the black level of video signals of a solid-state image sensor. SOLUTION: By providing a groove at the position, corresponding to a dark pixel provided on a semiconductor substrate of an adhesive surface of a supporting member with the semiconductor substrate, an adhesive agent is applied thick by the portion provided with the groove.
