PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mother's milk pad capable of covering both the breasts with one pad, firmly holding each the breasts in a prescribed position, and preventing position slippage of the breast caused by motion or change of a posture of a wearer. SOLUTION: This mother's milk pad 10 is divided into first and second areas 20 and 21 covering the breasts and a third area 22 positioned between the first and second areas. At least either one of the upper or lower edge parts 10a and 10b of the third area 22 is formed in a recessed shape toward the horizontal axis X of the mother's milk pad 10.
