PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of forming an adhesive layer having excellent initial adhesiveness (tackiness), adhesiveness to a substrate, heat-resistance, wet-heat resistance, transparency and releasability and to provide a laminate produced by using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains (A) an addition-type polyester resin having a side chain obtained by the ring-opening addition reaction of (b) a cyclic ester compound to (a) a polyester resin having a hydroxyl group and a siloxane bond and produced by the addition polymerization reaction of (a-1) a dibasic acid, (a-2) a compound having two cyclic ether groups in the molecule and (a-3) a reactive silicone compound and the addition of (c) a compound capable of adding to the hydroxyl group and (B) a reactive compound reactive with the functional group in the addition-type polyester resin (A).
