PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair color conditioning composition having good dyeing property and color fastness and excellent usability and minimizing the damage of the hair. SOLUTION: A hair color conditioning composition composed of a first agent containing a reducing agent and an alkali agent and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent is compounded with a specific hydroxyether amine compound or its quaternary ammonium salt and a specific Gemini cationic surfactant.
