PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and smoothly roll-up a long and heavy hose, to reduce labor for rolling-up the long and heavy hose, and to shorten the time for rolling-up the long and heavy hose. SOLUTION: In the winding device 11 for the hose, a pipe 3 having a reverse L-shaped hose guide pin 2 and the hose guide pin 2 opposed to it with an interval at an upper part is provided on one end of a horizontal strut 1, on the other end of the horizontal strut, a plurality of rotation plates 5 with winding pin 6 are provided on one end of a winding rotation shaft 4 with an interval, and a rotation rod 7 with a handle 8 is provided at a distal end on the other end of the winding rotation shaft. A rotation plate in which one fastener is fixed to an outer side of the rotation plate with the winding pin and a winding plate 9 having a plurality of winding pin holes 10 and being larger than the rotation plate in which the other fastener 9' is fixed to one surface are detachably and temporarily attached by both fasteners.
