PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an inexpensive heating circuit by allowing a solution heated by a generator to flow directly to an evaporator to exchange heat in the evaporator. SOLUTION: This air-cooled absorption type refrigerating device is provided with a solution pipe 24 for supplying a part of absorbent solution Lc flowing out from a generator G to a refrigerant pipe 23 for supplying a liquefied refrigerant Rw to the evaporator E, the solution pipe 24 is provided with a first opening and closing valve 25 closed in cooling and opened in heating, an use-side fluid Wc in the evaporator E is cooled by evaporation of the liquefied refrigerant Rw when the first opening and closing valve 25 is in a closed state, and used as a cold source for cooling, and when the first opening and closing valve 25 is in an opened state, the use-side fluid Wc in the evaporator E is heated by the absorbent solution Lc of high temperatures and used as a heat source for heating.
