PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving pulley for guaranteeing vibrating separation inside a belt drive to a satisfactory degree by improving one having a pulley rim 11 and a hub 12 supported to put one into another in a relatively turnable manner, and a plurality of spring means mounted between the pulley rim and the hub, and fixed at their one-side ends to the pulley rim in the turning direction and at their other-side ends to the hub in the turning direction. SOLUTION: The spring means consist of two opposed spiral springs or coil springs 17, 21; 23, 25. The spiral springs or the coil springs are connected at their one-side ends to the pulley rim 11 in a relatively non-turnable manner and connected at their other-side ends to the hub 12 in a relatively non-turnable manner.
