PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic fixing device which is mounted to a machine device such as an injection machine and can easily attach/detach a clamping plate to/from the surface of the platen of the machine device. SOLUTION: The magnetic fixing device includes the clamping plate which has a fixing surface for fixing a mold and is fixed to the surfaces of the platens of a fixed platen and a movable platen, and a plurality of magnet units for fixing an object to be clamped to the fixing surface by a magnetic force, wherein the plurality of magnet units 13B for fixing the mounting surfaces 31a, 35a of the second clamping plates 31, 35 of the clamping plates 11, 12 to the surfaces of the platens of the fixed platen 2 and the movable platen 3 are installed on the clamping plates 11, 12.
