<p>Continuous or intermittent connection of solar cell element by a tab lead wire is carried out while performing solder preheating, melting and cooling by moving on tab lead wire (28) a heater of the type collecting heat rays from a heat source lamp and irradiating with the same, in particular, hybrid spot heater (1B) of preheating, heating, cooling and pressing part integration type provided on the periphery of heater with preheating chamber (5) and cooling chamber (6) and further provided with pressing part (19) for pressing of the work at processing. Accordingly, heating melting/cooling is effected locally, so that any occurrence of thermal stress is suppressed and any breakage and warpage of element can be prevented to thereby enable an improvement of yield.</p> |
