A method for preparing a bird-remedying/growing agent and an AI-preventing agent from the refined latex of Ficus carica L. is provided to enable the egg-laying of old hen and eliminate AI viruses. A bird-remedying/growing agent is prepared by the steps of: (i) centrifuging the refined latex of Ficus carica L. at 20000rpm at 4°C for 1hr; (ii) activating a middle-layer liquid (an effective-ingredient solution) of the centrifuged liquid with a cysteine protease-activated solution to prepare a 0.01M-cysteine solution and a 2M-NaCl solution; and (iii) diluting the 0.01M-cysteine solution and 2M-NaCl solution with distilled water in a ratio of 1:50, and then making the diluted solution into a 0.9%-NaCl solution as a remedying/growing injection. The 0.9%-NaCl solution is injected at a level of 10ml per 2kg of old hen. An AI-preventing agent is prepared by the step of: diluting the 0.01M-cysteine solution and 2M-NaCl solution prepared by the step (ii) with distilled water in a ratio of 1:100, and then making the diluted solution into a 0.9%-NaCl solution. The 0.9%-NaCl solution is sprayed around the birds to prevent AI, or added to a beverage for birds.
