PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording and playback device, an information recording and playback system, an information recording and playback method and an information recording and playback program using advertisement information having more merits for a user or an advertiser who provides advertisement information by uniting the electronic settlement function of a portable information recording and playback device with a music distribution technology as an additional function in a portable information recording and playback device such as a portable telephone set.

SOLUTION: This information recording and playback device for reproducing recorded advertisement information and digital content is provided with a reproduction means for playing-back advertisement information during or after the playback of the digital content and a privilege information recording means for recording predetermined privilege information for a user based on information reproduced by the advertisement information.
