PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation of products when a slab laser is manufactured or to reduce adjustment items. SOLUTION: Thin and long conductive electrodes 1 and 2 are prepared in a vacuum vessel with a flange 12 for being electrically grounded and holding an optical resonator. To cool these conductive electrodes 1 and 2, cooling pipes 25 and 26 for transporting coolant are embedded or glued.
