PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer device capable of providing proper roll rigidity corresponding to a traveling state of a vehicle with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This stabilizer device 100 has a pair of arm parts 112 connected via a link 120 to a spring lower part 21 of right-left transmission devices, a stabilizer bar 110 connecting the arm parts 112 and having an intermediate part 111 formed of an elastic material, and a stabilizer bush 130 supporting its intermediate part 111 via an elastic body by a car body and arranged in a plurality of places separated in the car width direction, and is constituted so that the elastic body of the stabilizer bush 130 has a nonlineAr characteristic of increasing a spring constant to a rebound side load inputted in a rebound of a suspension device in response to an increase in the rebound side load, and the spring constant to the rebound side load is set lower than a spring constant to a bump side load inputted in bumping of the suspension device in at least an initial stroke area A.
