PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker including a control part for stopping a heat source after the lapse of a heating time, preventing material to be heated from being over-heated, and improving the safety. SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes an opening and closing part 30 for exposing a time setting part 3 or concealing the same. The control part C1 includes a performing means for performing a safety timer mode of stopping heat sources 11, 21 after the lapse of a predetermined heating time and a timer cooking mode of stopping the heat sources 11, 21 after the lapse of a heating time preset optionally by the time setting part 3, and a select means for selecting the safety timer mode when the opening and closing part 30 is closed to conceal the time setting part 3 and selecting the timer cooking mode when the opening and closing part 30 is opened to expose the time setting part 3.
