PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed angular ball bearing capable of stably guiding a ring shaped retainer without increasing torque loss caused by stirring resistance of grease. SOLUTION: An inside diameter surface 4aa of an annular part 4a arranged on the opposite side from a counter bore 1b of the ring shaped retainer 4 is guided by an outside diameter surface 1c of an inner ring 1, the thickness of an annular part 4b arranged on the counter bore 1b side is increased to the inside diameter side along the counter bore 1b, and an inside diameter surface 4ba thereof is guided by an outside diameter surface of the counter bore 1b, and thereby, the retainer 4 is guided by both sides of a raceway groove 1a of the inner ring 1 while preventing tilting and floating of the retainer 4 without damming the grease coming into a raceway groove 2a of an outer ring 2 by the annular parts 4a and 4b of the retainer 4 by centrifugal force attendant on rotation of a bearing, and the ring shaped retainer 4 can be stably guided without increasing the torque loss caused by the stirring resistance of the grease.
